Create one entry for the Help Bar.

Parameters

[in]	md	Current Menu Definition
[in]	op	Operation, e.g. OP_DELETE
[in]	txt	Text part, e.g. "delete"
[out]	buf	Buffer for the result

Return values

true	Keybinding exists

This will return something like: "d:delete"
